Damages

Offering you a selection of top quality products and a pleasant, one of a kind shopping experience is our top priority. While items are carefully packaged and insured by our manufacturing and entrusted shipping partners, unfortunately, accidents happen. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage at all, you should make note of it when signing for delivery- this ensures your ability to file an insurance claim. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@luxurylivingessentials.com and we will process an insurance claim and/or return merchandise authorization on your behalf. Please note:

  • If you sign for the delivery, without inspection of your item for any damage or missing items, you accept that received item(s) is in perfect condition.
  • For order inspection, it must be conducted in front of the delivery person.
  • Any defect/damage or missing item must be filed on the delivery receipt.
  • Do not throw away any damaged piece(s) or the original wrapping.
  • In case of serious damage, file the details on the delivery receipt and contact us at once to register the damage, within ONE business day. It is important that you include all delivery details, together with associated photos for illustration of the damage.

Returns

Simply email returns@luxurylivingessentials.com within 7 days post-delivery to start the return process and we'll be happy to assist! Please note the following:

  • Items that are custom-made, clearance/sale, explicitly marked as "non-returnable" in item description, and items that you have assembled/used/installed are not eligible for return.
  • Items must be approved for return, after which you will receive return shipping labels and a Return Authorization. Once received, you will have 30 days to return the item.
  • Restocking and shipping fees are subtracted from the total refund amount.
  • Once order is received and inspected, your refund will be processed as soon as possible, returned to the original form of payment. 
  • Any late return or any return made outside this procedure is not entitled to any refund.

Cancellations & Refunds:

If you wish to cancel an order for any reason at all kindly email refunds@luxurylivingessentials.com with your order number within 24hrs after order placement and we will definitely do our best to cancel it. We seek to process and ship orders as fast as possible, so we cannot guarantee cancellation beyond this duration and if your order has already been assigned tracking, and/or been shipped. 
Late cancellation requests, after 24 hours, are subject to a 7% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. This compensates for transactional costs like transaction fees, fraud insurance, etc on our end. Once your order has shipped, it is subject to our return policy. You will be responsible for this admin fee as well as for the return shipping charges.
Backordered items are subject to these cancellation and return stipulations--if an item is backordered you are contacted immediately and given the opportunity to confirm willingness to wait the duration or cancel within the 24 hour period.
After all successful cancellations, refunds are immediately processed and issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. It may take your bank or credit card company 3-5 days to process and release funds.

If you would like to exchange your order with a similar or different item, we are here to assist you. Please check your item against all applicable standard return policies.

Defective Items

Luxury Living Essentials aims for excellency and expert curation of trusted quality products. In any unfortunate case of receiving defective items, our team will be dedicated to assisting you through the warranty process of the manufacturer. Email returns@luxurylivingessentials.com.

It depends upon the warranty procedure of the manufacturer whether you’d have to return the malfunctioned item to the manufacturer for making repairs or whether an item will be sent to replace the defective piece. Remember, if your item is installed or used, it will not be liable for any return, rather it would be subjected to the warranty procedure.

We will forward your warranty request to the manufacturer. The claim will be reviewed by the manufacturer and we will duly inform you regarding approval or disapproval of the claim. Certain manufacturers might require defective parts to be sent back (refer to warranty policy with return) for affirming quality controls.

Note that Luxury Living Essentials is not liable to any sort of reimbursement, be it associated with project lags or labor costs that might incur due to the receipt of malfunctioned goods. We always uphold that you install the product after the order has been thoroughly inspected upon arrival.

If your item develops a defect later than the warranty period, we will not be responsible to facilitate any warranty claim to the manufacturer. We will be able to provide for replacement parts/units as per requirements. Feel free to contact us here to ascertain pricing and with any questions. Kindly, note that discontinued items might not be eligible for this facilitation.

Alfi Trade 
  • Tubs, Shower Heads & Arms, Strainers, Grids: 

    One year warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Bamboo Sinks, Wooden Tubs: One year warranty against manufacturing defects. Alfi Trade Inc. is not liable for cracks/splitting of the wood due to improper maintenance, storage or installation. 
  • Faucets, Tub Fillers: Limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Fireclay / Porcelain Sinks
    1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. 10 year warranty against fading/staining of the glaze. Cracks or chips are not covered under warranty as they can only happen due to misuse or by owner error and not a manufacturing defect. Each sink is thoroughly inspected at the factory and again prior to shipping to ensure there are no cracks or chips. All cracks and chips due to misuse or improper installation whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person, will void the warranty.

  • Mechanical components are warranted against defects for 5 years from the original purchase date. 
  • Warranty begins from purchase date on invoice. An invoice must be provided in order to file a warranty claim. If a free replacement is granted under warranty, the warranty time frame continues from the original purchase date, and not from the date of free replacement.
  • The majority of Replacement Parts for all items are kept in stock in the Los Angeles. There are only rare instances where additional time would be required to get a special part from the factory. In both cases our warranty team in Los Angeles will assist you through out the entire process to insure you get the parts you need.
  • ALFI brand products are warranted to the original customer for normal use and exclude defect or damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, scratches, dents, abrasives, chemicals, improper installation/care/maintenance (whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person), or alteration. This warranty does not apply to the replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear, dirt, lime scale, aggressive water conditions, or harsh or abrasive cleaners or materials. If a product is defective, the limit of damage is the cost of the defective material. Our warranties are not transferable. ALFI brand is not liable for consequential damage, labor loss, or expense of any nature.

This warranty applies to residential applications.  Commercial/Industrial/Business applications are warranted for 1 year from original purchase date.

 

Eago 
  • EAGO products are warranted to the original customer to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
  • Toilets & Bidets come with a 5 year limited warranty on all porcelain parts against fading/staining of the glaze & 1 Year on flushing mechanism & toilet seat. All cracks and chips due to misuse, freight damage, and improper installation; whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person, will void the warranty.
  • Whirlpool Tubs offer a 1 year limited warranty on all parts.
  • Porcelain Sinks come with a 5 year limited warranty on all porcelain parts against fading/staining of the glaze. All cracks and chips due to misuse, freight damage, and improper installation; whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person, will void the warranty.

Whitehaus Collection® products carry a full warranty against
manufacturing defects and workmanship.

  • Whitehaus Collection® products are warranted for normal use only and exclude defect or damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, scratches, dents, abrasives, chemicals, improper installation/care/maintenance (whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person) or alteration. This warranty does not apply to replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear, dirt, limescale, aggressive air and water conditions, or harsh or abrasive cleansers or materials. A copy of the end-user’s original receipt is required as Proof of Purchase to file a Warranty claim. Dealer’s purchase order number or Whitehaus Collection® invoice number will not be accepted as Proof of Purchase. If a product is found to be defective, the limit of damage is the cost of the defective material. Whitehaus Collection® reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product or product warranty. This warranty is non-transferable. Whitehaus Collection® is not liable for consequential damage, labor, loss, or expense of any nature whatsoever.
  • Bath Faucets and Accessories: Whitehaus Collection® faucets and accessories carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Mechanical components are warranted against defect for 5 years from the original faucet purchase. Whitehaus Collection® faucets and accessories finishes are warranted 2 years against tarnishing, peeling, and staining. This warranty does not apply to living finishes such as Evolution series Weathered Copper and Weathered Bronze.

  • Bath Furniture: Whitehaus Collection® bath furniture carries a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship.

* Special Finishes: Antique Brass, Antique Bronze, Antique Copper, Biscuit, Black, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Pewter, Polished Brass, Polished Copper, Polished Nickel, Polished Silver, Satin Chrome, Speckled Brass, Silver Pearl, Titanium, Weathered Brass (Living Finish), Weathered Copper (Living Finish), and White are warranted for 90 days. Special Finishes are FINAL SALE.  Please be advised that all special finishes within Whitehaus Collection®’s product offering may vary due to the nature of raw materials during finishing process. All special finishes will blend but may not be exact.

Dr. Fuji 
  • Fujiiryoki Cyber Relax massage chairs are covered by a 3 year limited warranty. During the first year of ownership, the massage chair is covered with In-Home services, parts, and labor. In the second and third yer, only parts are covered.
  • COMMERCIAL WARRANTY: Fujiiryoki Cyber Relax massage chairs are covered with a 1 year warranty for Commercial use. This covers In-Home service, parts, and labor in the first year of ownership.
  • EXTENDED WARRANTY: Extended Warranty is available for Fujiiryoki Cyber Relax massage chairs. You can purchase an additional year(s) for Parts coverage. You can purchase a total of 7 additional years, which would total in 10 years of warranty. Certain Extended Warranty Fees Apply.

Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. 

The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.

Enlighten Sauna 

  • Enlighten Saunas warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered in normal use of this product, and shall not apply to the following, including, but not limited to: damage which occurs in shipment; delivery and installation; applications and uses for which this product was not intended- see specific warranties per sauna type; altered product or serial numbers; cosmetic damage or exterior finish; accidents, abuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature; use of products, equipment, systems, utilities, services, parts, supplies, accessories, applications, installations, repairs, external plumbing and leaks, external wiring, circuit breakers, fuses or connectors not supplied and authorized by the supplier, or which damage this product or result in service problems; incorrect electrical line voltage, fluctuations, and surges; customer adjustments and failure to follow operating instructions, cleaning, maintenance and environmental instructions that are covered and prescribed in the instruction book; consumable items including light bulbs. Enlighten Saunas® shall not be liable for the loss of use of the sauna or other incidental or consequential damages. Under no circumstances shall the supplier or any of its representatives be held liable for any special or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, its components and/or parts installed with or attached to it. The manufacturer is not liable for any injury to any persons or any claims of such that may be arising from the use, installation, and/or the service (repair) of the product.
  • The controls, heaters, electrical parts and wiring must be kept dry at all times and not exposed to any water or liquids.  

  • Enlighten Saunas® uses the highest quality wood in our product lines. All structures using wood are susceptible to minor dents, scratches, and scuffing. This is normal and will not affect the integrity or operation of your sauna. Wood is a living material that continues to respond to climate conditions, even after being manufactured into a sauna. Variations in color or grain, and irregularities such as fine cracks are part of the natural beauty of the wood and in no way should be considered defects. During normal operation, wood may crack slightly due to the changes in moisture level. This will not affect the structural integrity of the sauna.
  • Prior to shipping, the wood is inspected for consistency, color, and quality. Our saunas are shipped around the globe and can experience slight blemishes, scratches or scuffs in transit. In most cases, these blemishes on the exterior of the sauna can be concealed by using a small amount of furniture polish, oil or other furniture treatment. The interior blemishes, scratches, or scuffs can be either left alone, sanded or combination of gluing plus sanding. Please avoid any treatment containing benzene or a high concentration of alcohol.

ATTENTION: Shipping damage must be notated on the Bill of Lading (BOL). Luxury Living Essentials must be notified of any damage to your sauna within three (3) business days of signing the BOL. Acceptance of damaged product without notation and failure to notify us within the established time frame will result in the owner taking full responsibility for the cost of ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS including shipping and handling fees.

There are specific warranty stipulations for the different types of saunas: outdoor residential, indoor residential, and commercial.

For outdoor residential saunas: A warranty shall not apply to any product or a component used for any industrial, rental, professional or neglect, accident, abuse, improper installation and/or reckless operation by the purchaser, including but not limited to: exposure to a fire or excessive heat, and other hazardous elements/activities. (Please refer to an instruction manual on proper usage).

  • The standard 3-year warranty covers:

    • Factory-Installed Heater Components
    • Factory-Installed Sauna Controls and Wiring
    • Factory-Installed Audio Components
    • Enlighten Saunas® Brand Cabin (Wood / Construction)
  • Extend your warranty to 5 years, 10 years, or for a lifetime!

For indoor residential saunas: The sauna or parts must be placed in an indoor environment unless the sauna or parts are specifically bought for outdoor/indoor use. If an indoor sauna or parts are placed in an outdoor environment, the warranty shall be null and void and of no further force and effect. A warranty shall not apply to any product or a component used for any industrial, rental, professional or neglect, accident, abuse, improper installation and/or reckless operation by the purchaser, including but not limited to: exposure to a fire or excessive heat, and other hazardous elements/activities. (Please refer to an instruction manual on proper usage).

  • The standard 7-year warranty covers:

    • Factory-Installed Heater Components
    • Factory-Installed Sauna Controls and Wiring
    • Factory-Installed Audio Components
    • Enlighten Saunas® Brand Cabin (Wood / Construction)

For commercial saunas: 

  • The standard 3-year warranty covers:

  • Extend to a 6 year warranty!

The purchaser must establish the date of purchase, by dated sales slip, invoice or delivery receipt. Enlightened Sauna warranties extend only to:

  • a retail purchaser of a sauna or parts directly from the supplier;
  • the authorized wholesale purchaser of a sauna or parts directly from the supplier;
  • or a retail purchaser of a sauna or parts from an authorized wholesaler.
  • in the event of a sale, transfer or conveyance of a sauna or parts from any of the three (3) proceeding persons or entities, any rights, duties, and obligations associated with this warranty shall be null and void and of no further force and effect. The sauna or parts must be purchased and used within one year of the manufactured date.

For the coverage period specified (“warranty period”), Company agrees to replace, at its sole option, the products listed above, subject to and solely in accordance with the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations set forth herein. The warranty covers parts only, labor is not included.


Ecotric 

All bikes come with an 18 month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its frame, battery, motor, controller, and display! It is important that you register within 30 days after the original purchase to activate the warranty, all fields are required to successfully submit your registration form.

TO ACTIVATE YOUR NEW WARRANTY, PLEASE REGISTER YOUR BIKE HERE.

To make a warranty claim always keep handy the E-Bike model, date of purchase, E-Bike serial number as well as the original order number from our website.

This warranty applies only to the original buyer of the ECOTRIC bicycle and is not transferable under any circumstances.The original buyer refers to the buyer who can provide the order number.

This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, damage or failure due to accident or other improper use, installation of third party components, parts, or accessories, or any products that have been modified from manufacturer’s specifications.The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

For your reference, please refer to below comprehensive warranty:

1. Frame – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 18 months from purchase by Official Authorized Store. Paint finish is considered consumable and is not part of the warranty.
2. Display, Controller and Motor Assembly – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from purchase.
3. Original Batteries – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase as follows: full replacement during the first 12 months, while replacements needed during months 13-18 are prorated as per this schedule.

The battery is sealed and cannot be opened or fixed. The battery should not have a percentage of nominal charge retention of 60% or less. Misuse of the battery, negligence or attempt to open or repair it will void the warranty.
4. General: The bicycle is backed up by a 18 months main warranty, certain components listed on this chart or consumables may be subject to a different period of coverage or not included in this warranty.

5. Consumables: Components subject to wear are not covered by the warranty: Tires, inner tubes, brake lever, brake caliper,brake lines, brake pads, basket, wheel lining tape, light bulbs, LEDS, fuses, etc.
If any parts happen to be damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately after shipment arrival. ECOTRIC will send a replacement part at our expense and will work with you to fix the issue. Please note that for warranty issues, the customer is responsible for the cost of labor to install warrantied components, however, we will cover the Shipping costs of warranty parts.

If the warranty is void for any reason the customer shall bear any repair or replacement costs resulting from vehicle misuse, negligence or abuse.
Always follow care and preventive maintenance procedures.
Always keep receipts from any services performed to the vehicle by an authorized distributor or service center.
The warranty will be voided by any of the following circumstances:

  1. Failure to follow all directions or recommendations listed in the user manual.
  2. Cycling collision, accident or vehicle damage caused by careless parking 
  3. Acts in violation of laws 
  4. Never registered your ebike or cannot provide the order number
  5. DIY repairs on electronics
  6. Abusive use the bicycle in off-road terrain, mud, snow, water, sand, gravel and water
  7. If the bicycle is used as rental unit 
  8. Damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, flooding and other hazards .
  9. Rust and/or paint fading caused to heavy exposure to rain, hail, snow or direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.
  10. Overloading beyond recommended capacity .
  11. Damages caused by nails, needles, broken glass , debris , sharp rocks or other foreign objects .
  12. If the bicycle is used but not limited to stunts, jumping from ramps, stairs or elevated ramps.
  13. If vehicle is used in competitions or racing.
  14. If vehicle has been modified for any purposes on the motor, electrical system, suspension frame, and battery.
  15. Use of other components not approved by the manufacturer.
  16. Damages resulted from improper care and handling.

Ewheels 

ELECTRIC WHEELS products are warranted to the original retail purchaser to be complete and free from defects in materials and workmanship in the frame and components, except for tires and inner tubes and batteries, for a period of:

  1. All electric scooters: 30 days from the date of purchase

  2. EWHEELS branded electric bicycles and Mobility scooters : 90 days from the date of purchase

ELECTRIC WHEELS Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to the following: Normal wear and tear; any damage, failure and/or loss caused by accident, shipping, misuse, neglect, abuse and/or failure to follow instructions or warnings as stated on the product or in the applicable owner’s manual or other printed materials provided with the product; damage, failure and/or loss caused by the use of the product for stunt riding, ramp jumping, competition, off-road use, skidding, acrobatics, trick riding or other similar activities, water damage,  or use in any other manner for which such products were not specifically designed.

Tires and inner tubes are warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects for 30 days. The tire and inner tube warranty does not include damage from normal road hazards, flat tires, tire cuts and the like, skid wear or blowouts from over inflation or other such misuse, or normal wear.

This warranty does not apply to any products or components, mechanical and/or electrical, which have in any way been altered from their original configuration by any person. ELECTRIC WHEELS will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.

The ELECTRIC WHEELS Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to any ELECTRIC WHEELS product used for rental or commercial purposes unless the specific product is designated, labeled or marketed by ELECTRIC WHEELS as acceptable for rental or commercial use.

Ewheels Power bikes/e-bikes models EW-Supreme, EW-Folding, EW-Nomad, EW-Step Thru, and EW-Urban are covered with:

  • Five Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase on all structural frame components and frame.

  • One Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, if any part or component of the bike is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be replaced at BAM Power Bike’s discretion. Parts included are the battery, motor, throttle, controller, LCD display, wiring, derailleur, hardware, wheel hubs, rims, pedals, kickstand, handlebar components and any other parts mutually agreed to of failed due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

Ewheels Medical Scooters Models: EW-M33, EW-M34, EW-M35, EW-M39, EW-M40, EW-M41, EW-M45, EW-M81, EW-M82, EW-M83, EW-M91, EW-M92, EW-M93 are covered with: 

  • Five Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase on all structural frame components, seat post and frame. Cost of $295.
  • Three Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase on all structural frame components, seat post and frame.
  • One Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be replaced at Ewheels discretion.
  • Six Month Warranty from the date of purchase on the batteries and charger. Batteries are subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any battery faults due to a manufacturing defect will become obvious within the first two months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normal and associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

EWheels Recreational Scooter Models: EW-01, EW-02, EW-07, EW-08, EW-11, EW-19, EW-20, EW-21, EW-29, EW-32, EW- 36, EW-37, EW-38, EW-42, EW-44, EW-46, EW-52, EW-54, EW-66, EW-72, EW-74, EW-77, EW-88, EW-REMO are covered with: 

  • Five Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase on all structural frame components, seat post and frame. Cost of $295.
  • Three Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase on all structural frame components, seat post and frame.
  • One Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be replaced at Ewheels discretion.
  • Two Month Warranty from the date of purchase on the batteries. Batteries are subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any battery faults due to a manufacturing defect will become obvious within the first two months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normal and associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • One Month Warranty from the date of purchase on the scooter’s charger.  

First Degree Fitness

Main Frame – 5 Year Limited WarrantyFIRST DEGREE FITNESS will repair or replace the Metal Main Frame of the Rower should it fail due to any defect in materials or workmanship within 5 years of the original purchase.   • Footplates (pivoting & sliding)

General Exclusions

  • Damage to the finish of any part of the machine
  • Damage due to neglect, abuse, incorrect assembly or use of the machine
  • Any charges for freight or customs clearance associated with the return or dispatch of parts
  • Any damage to or loss of goods during transport of any kind
  • Any labour cost associated with a warranty claim

General Conditions

  • The serial number of the machine must be correctly registered with FIRST DEGREE FITNESS Limited or one of its appointed distributors
  • FIRST DEGREE FITNESS Limited reserve the right to examine any part where replacement is claimed under warranty
  • Warranty period applies only to the original purchaser from the date of purchase and is not transferable
  • The product must be returned to your place of purchase in original packaging with transportation, insurance and associated charges paid for by you and risk of loss or damage assumed by you
  • FIRST DEGREE FITNESS makes no other warranties except as stated here and expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this warranty. Neither FIRST DEGREE FITNESS nor its associates shall be responsible for incidental or consequential damages
  • Manufacturer's warranty automatically commences upon sale of the product to end user or upon the expiration of one (1) year from month of manufacture, whichever occurs first.
